The Princess Tower, also referred to as Al Ameera Tower, is being built as one of the many free hold towers located at the Dubai Marina, which is opposite to the Jumeirah Lake Towers and next to the American University of Dubai. It is located on the same side of the marina as the Dubai Marina Towers and in close vicinity to The Torch Tower. The Princess Tower will occupy 37,410 square feet (3,476 square meters), rising to over a height of 400 meters (1,312 feet).
